Sam, I poke fun at trailer parks now and then but it is more about self depreciating humor than malice. I have lived in them multiple times in my life and may well do so again. However I can not help but observe that disasters do in fact seem to somehow target trailer parks.
I am glad your park has never been hit by a tornado.
