I got an email recently asking about how to get started buying silver. I recalled a post some time back where that was covered. After a bit of digging here it is.
Theres at least one dealer I know who does a 'subscription' plan. You pick a dollar amount and every month you get that many dollars worth of silver sent to you. Winds up dollar-cost-averaging over the long term. Makes it easier to buy without having to keep track of the market..just pick a day of the month and the amount and every month you your silver.
I've heard of that too. A sound idea. The thing that would get me with that is shipping. From what Fedex or whatever costs and what I have for silver monthly I would pay almost 10% for shipping.
Same guy ships by Priority Mail...a lot cheaper than FedEx, depending on how many ounces youre getting. Check it out: http://www.montanararities.com/silver-saver.html
