I have at least three knives that cost more than some rifle's I've bought.
Well worth it though, Scrapyard and Swamp Rat knives are definitely "bombproof." There are a lot of really good knives under a C note though, so it isn't as if you need to spend more to get more.
AM, I think it sort of depends on how you define "rifle money" which in hindsight is somewhat vaugue here. To me rifle money is more like a decent deer rifle or an AK not a Mosin or used .22.
Those look like good knives and in the video Joe Fox had at least 1 knife in that price range.

I spent more to get the unconditional warranty.
