Ran 5 miles on Wednesday and 1 yesterday leaving me with 15 to go.
As to weight when I looked last I was down 2 pounds. Now we do not have a scale anymore.
Got to find the motivation to do a long run today or tomorrrow but otherwise everything is more or less on track.

98 Miles done. I am heading for a check-up today and will find out if I lost any weight.
I have 6 more runs, maybe 7 depending on how the weekend goes. This should put me around 135 miles.
Less than my optimal months but I'll take it. Mid Sept-Oct should see me around 200+.
