Dog is an 8 year old Newfoundland Shepperd (which I think they use as a large long haired catch all) mutt. The bathroom scale says he weights in a bit over 70 pounds. We just got him home this afternoon. He is very laid back, good with Walker and seems like a solid addition to the family. Time will of course tell about that one.
Anyway that's what is going on here today. I'm off to join them outside. Hope you had a good weekend.

Dogs and kids are the best combination! I love mutts! We favorite Queenslands mutts. Great for protecting the other animals and the family.
Congrats on the Four-legged Fiend! Have two here ourselves, neither of which anyone would think of being guard/protection but trust me...you don't want to be a stranger walking onto this place when the girls are out. Especially if the kiddos are out with them. The English Cocker is the more protective of the two. lol
Does this mean that you're not heading downrange for an extended amount of time?
