TEOTWAWKI Blog's post The Snub Nosed Revolver is an excellent post that directly relates to our recent talk on Small Revolver Choices.

If I was limited to one gun and one gun only, it would likely be a Ruger SP-101 with 3" barrel. It really can do it all: "five-for-sure" reliability, magnum capable, small enough for concealed carry, and tank-like construction. Also, easy for unskilled shooters to pick up and become proficient with. What's not to like?
@10:53, I would go Glock 19 but an SP 101 3" is a solid choice with valid reasoning.
One gun scenario implies big trouble. If its like now, yeah either one. If its balls out, I dunno... AR pistol?
Archer, For a lot of people it is money. Others have space issues due to living in RV's or boats. However in general I agree that scenario is not a fun one. AR pistols are hard to discretely pack around.
